Hi, I’m Deon Pollard and Ive been working major business and technology endeavours as an architect/consultant for a long time now.
What I’ve learnt along the way is that keeping things simple is not always simple, but that it is critical to achieving successful outcomes for clients.
Along the way I constructed tools to help me in these very challenging projects. As they have worked so well for me and helped my clients achieve successful outcomes time and again,
I decided (based on desire expressed by many coleagues and clients) to make them available commercially.
The offering is called freshInsight and at present 5 go to tools are included. In the spirit of simplicity they are available for purchase over the web

Although freshInsight is positioned as the Master Consultants Toolkit, new learnings shows it to be extremely effective in supporting dealmaking.
We are using the same Toolkit, the real difference is in the way you apply it.
